White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Blondies

Whoever first put white chocolate and macadamia nuts together was a genius. Being allergic to chocolate, I have always been drawn to warm flavors like cinnamon, maple, pecan, caramel and pumpkin and learned to appreciate the chocolate-less versions of things. I remember in elementary school we had to create a recipe and bring it in and I brought in “chocolate chip-less cookies”. This was a favorite of mine growing up, however I also learned to like the more conventional chocolate free deserts like white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and blondies. So when I saw this recipe for white chocolate macadamia nut blondies, I knew I had to give it a shot. It was Mark’s dad’s birthday and I whipped these up as a treat for him to celebrate the occasion. These are incredibly sweet, and have a divine gooey texture. Blondies are one of those recipes that can be whipped up in a pinch, and this variety is sure to please a crowd. Incredibly indulgent, and absolutely delicious, just as a perfect baked good should be.
