Walnut Meltaways

These walnut meltaways don’t require chilling, and only contain a few ingredients; vanilla, walnuts, and butter. They come together in a pinch for a last minute treat! Note, they are extremely crumbly and messy. I wouldn't make these cookies to bring to people, because of their crumbly texture. Mark was pleased to have a cookie so quickly on a weeknight!
