Holiday Sugar Cookies

Sugar cookies, a holiday classic. I couldn’t make a cookie tin without including roll out sugar cookies! This is a great recipe for classic, Christmas cookies. The dough rolls out very nicely and lends itself to easy shaping. The cookies are crispy and use a tablespoon of vanilla! I added a little bit of almond extract, because I love how Sally always adds it to her sugar cookies.
